Bank of America Tower is an office building in the Midtown section of Atlanta, Georgia. The building stands 1,023 feet in height and is currently the 26th tallest building in the world, and the tallest in the southeastern United States. The ground floor and lower levels contain a branch bank which opens onto the lobby, a restaurant, retail shops, conference center, and health club. The building also has a large, illuminated spire, which encloses the cooling tower and other mechanical equipment.
The Currahee Club consists of a residential/golf club facility, primarily containing single-family residences and golf cottages built around a championship caliber golf course. In addition to these features, the development also contains a full service clubhouse, swimming and tennis facilities, a marina and a wastewater treatment and disposal facility.
Lakeside Gardens is a senior housing project containing 160 dwelling units housed in a 4-story building.
