CLC was retained as the Lender’s consultant for the The Islands residential development located in Statesboro, Georgia. The project will include construction of thirty-one (31) duplex units and eight (8) single family dwellings. In addition to the vertical construction of the duplexes and single family dwellings, the project will include some site development aspects such as fine grading, paving of streets, driveways and parking areas, and landscaping. |

CLC was retained as the Lender’s consultant for the Korean Holiness Church of Atlanta addition located in Duluth, Georgia. The addition will include construction of a detached 2-story structure designed to include a new worship hall on the second level, and primarily classrooms on the first level. The total addition will contain approximately 41,164 square feet of space. In addition to the structural addition, additional parking lots will be added at the east side of the site bringing the total parking complement to 412 spaces. |
