CLC is excited to announce we will be providing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments beginning in 2012 as part of our expansion into existing property condition assessments and due diligence studies.

With originations of conventional real estate loans remains soft, SBA driven loans are steady and fueling the stream of commercial construction projects currently in the pipeline. CLC is at the forefront of this movement, and has been awarded a number of SBA projects  over the last two months:

• Adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse to a mortuary – Norcross, Georgia
• Fast casual Asian themed restaurant – Atlanta, Georgia
• Fast casual Italian/pizza restaurants – Newnan, Georgia, Marietta, Georgia & Woodstock, Georgia
• Recreational facility – Sharpsburg, Georgia
• Hotel renovation – Jekyll Island, Georgia
• Adaptive reuse of an existing grocery store building to an indoor farmers market – Snellville, Georgia
• Adaptive reuse of a historical office building to new law offices – Canton, Georgia
• Tenant improvements for an existing office building – Cartersville, Georgia
• Church expansion – Newnan, Georgia

CLC was retained as the Lender’s Consultant to complete two Physical Needs Assessments in the Tallahassee, Florida area. The assessments will be completed at apartment projects totaling 274 dwelling units.

CLC was retained as the Lender’s Consultant for a new Hampton Inn hotel project in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The facility will feature 90 guestrooms, meeting rooms, a lobby and a swimming pool. CLC will be providing construction monitoring for our Client throughout the duration of the project. In addition, CLC will perform a front end analysis of the project prior to closing to evaluate the completeness of the construction documents and the accuracy of the construction costs.

CLC was retained as the Lender’s Consultant for a new church addition project in Newnan, Georgia. CLC will be providing construction monitoring for our Client throughout the duration of the project.
